School Days Jumper and Blouse 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

Adorable Jumpsuit

This pattern was easy to follow, I love the princess seams on the front and back. I had no problem with the pleated skirt fitting the top, but careful marking and measuring is key. The only issue that came up was the sash, 9" long on each side (for a total of 18") is not long enough to tie in the front as it only leaves 1 3/4" inches on each side. Next time I will make the sash several inches longer. I also overlapped the back of the dress to apply the velcro as it was quit baggy on the doll I have. I like the idea of using bias tape around the arm holes to make it easier to finish them. All in all it turned out really cute, I"ll definitely be making this again.

Pattern was easy to follow. I mIssed the part about ribbon covering seam on collar so I ended up taking it off a couple times. Maybe if it said to attach the collar to the right side of the garment would have helped. I have made this note on my copy for the next one I make. I made the pattern using the little one’s school uniform and it turned out great
