DIY Twisted Pair Wire by the Foot - Brass

So far it was great for what I used it for.

I had read somewhere where someone use this for picture hanging cord and I live in a historic home with a picture railing and I decided to get this to try. It’s not intended for this purpose, but I made it work and it looks good.

I have been looking for a cord to use to hang picture from a picture rail. Most chains were too expensive and shiny and cord without wire was too stretchy. This serves its purpose beautifully. It is an antique gold color. Not too shiny but very chic looking and matches antique gold leaf picture frames perfectly.
