Great Cumin Flavor and nice texture

I love the taste of luxor cumin cilantro jerky! The cumin flavor can pull me towards middle eastern, indian or mexican styles of cooking. The texture is great. Not too stiff or soft. I sometimes put it in quesadillas when camping. Tastes like fajita! Love that I can share with Halal folks.
