Strawfire Alto C

The straw fire is really lovely in person. The ocarina itself has a warmer, mellow tone, but was a bit airy on the higher notes. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that I’m allergic to the lacquer used. But their customer service has been really helpful and understanding working with me to exchange for a different instrument.

My favorite Ocarina

This Ocarina is by far my favorite at this price point. The angled mouthpiece makes it very comfortable to hold and the notes have a very pure sound. The high F has a tiny bit of airiness but it's by far a much better performer than any of my other 12 hole ocarinas.
