Just What I Needed

I love using Shitake mushrooms in my cooking. When I buy fressh ones though, they normally go bad before I can finish using them all. I found canned ones one time on Amazon at a good price and ordered them twice before the price went sky high and now they are no longer available. I didn't like the pricing and other options offered on Amazon. Tried dehydrated ones and they just don't quite meet my expectations. I went searching online and found Polar right from the source, pricing was good even though the S&H raised it, But buying them in the jars helped offset the pain. Very pleased with the purchase.
