It helps reduce the hernia and discomfort. I can highly reccomend buying one. We found the smaller rounder attachement worked best for our baby.

Already seeing results
I bought this on a whim in the hopes that the good reviews were true. I was pleasantly surprised at how this is already working on my baby’s umbilical hernia. He is 3 months old and it’s already starting to flatten. Very very happy with this purchase. Thank you Belly Bands.
