The magnesium body rub has been a godsend in my third trimester. I had tried a magnesium oil spray which was cheaper from the pharmacy but definitely nastier and therefore I wish I had tried this sooner!!!

From the very first night I used this, I had better sleep. Just rubbing it into the soles of my feet was enough to relax my legs and lose the tension. Highly recommended!

I use this product for my back, hands and knees. Every night I rub and massage the cream in. It smells good and it has become my nightly routine. Im 66 and it helps immensely with my arthritis pain. Love it, thank you
