The content is understandable especially with my background in martial arts and Marine Corps combative instructor. Explanations and practical application is extremely easy to follow, I have incorporated much ( hope you guys don’t mind), updated techniques. The instructional is basically a MMA based self defense system. I would have appreciated some more specifics on the scenarios that can happen on the street, like the risk of attacker accessing a weapon. The last part about improvised weapons is good but a bit un-precise and more about principles than exact techniques.
