Very good instruction

The instruction is very good. Great content. The only negative point about this video is that both the instructor and the partner are wearing the same colors. At times it's hard to see who is grabbing who and where they are grabbing. They really should wear contrasting colors. The camera angle should be more dynamic too so the details are easier to pick up.

Very excited about this instructional. I love submission grappling, however, if we're not applying street knowledge to jiu-jitsu then it's not a martial art at all. It's a sport.... well done my friend!
