Great training socks

I’ve been using these Spartan compression knee socks regularly for both training runs and race day events, and overall I’m really pleased with them. The fit is snug and stays in place, no slipping down during long obstacles or trail sections, which makes a huge difference when you’re constantly moving and climbing. The compression helps my legs feel less fatigued, and they’ve even reduced cramping on longer efforts.

Not what I hoped for

I bought these socks when I saw a sale. I thought they might be comparable to socks I've purchased for years from another brand that offers graduated 20-30mmHg compression in athletic compression socks. These don't feel like the same quality as those others unfortunately. Maybe this is more normative of what people buy or expect from compression socks, but these were not what I hoped for. The Spartan logo on the back of the calf is fun though!
