I made a Blackberry Kolsch and it turned out really well. It became the one beer that my friends would repeatedly request. I used a can of the puree along with the flavor extract. I am 2 for 2 on this one. I had done it once before with only the puree and it was just ok.

I didn't find it all that great it tastes more artificial to me than anything I will not buy it again
