The clasp on this item fell apart upon trying to wear it, I submitted a return authorization to lifetime jewelry, send it back at my expense, and never heard another word about it. Not good boo.

The two chains are different . One has the tag indicating 24k and it looks great like 24k but the lobster clasp end plate that accepts the lobster claw is not installed. The second chain looks like 14k gold and does not have a quality tag .
