The new socks are actually larger than the previous purchase (7 pairs) trying one pair out for fit. The new pair is easier to put on and take off. More comfortable to wear. Was there a design change?

I purchased 2 pairs of Jobst socks. The new ones had threads hanging here and their. I exchanged emails with For Your Legs represented and it took for ever. Fortunately, I called and talked to Addie, another representative of For Your Legs. He helped me exchange them. Two new pairs arrived. One of them is okay but the other pair has threads hanging out on the inside of brand new stockings. I don't have the time and energy to get that exchanged.
