Thank you so much for correcting my error on the engraving of my little girl's urn. She was the greatest pet ever, and your wooden resting place helps us to show we loved her very much. I'm sorry my messages didn't get through in time to save you from manufacturing another item. Making us a brand new one with the correct engraving was a wonderful gesture on your part.
