This is my go-to for my pre night shift pick me up! Protein collagen to keep me full as well as my hair, nails, & bones, strong. Only drawback is the mix ability is not great in hot drinks. The benefits are still worth it in my opinion and I have not done enough troubleshooting to see if a frother or shaker would be better. I’m on the go and it helps me stay on the go!
