Freeze Dried Beef & Lamb Gyro with Tzatziki Sauce

I love this meal. The Tatziki sauce is absolutely amazing.

I've been gradually working through all of the menu options offered by Outdoor Pantry and I've generally been VERY pleased. I don't usually eat meat from a pouch, but Outodoor Pantry somehow succeeds in providing pouched meat dishes that rehydrate in a way that actually seems like front country meat instead of cardboard! This is one of my favorites that I've tried so far. The Lamb and Beef are tender, the noodles are a good texture, and the flavors are REALLY nice. It's a unique backcountry meak, and I'm definitely ordering this one again!

Still my favorite.
