Chocolate Mint Cheese - made "in haus"

This cheese allows me (I have had multiple stomach surgeries including a Royn Y bariatric surgery) to eat my protein and have a little taste of chocolate. I would say to anyone who has not tried this cheese they should as it tastes like fudge. My favorite as I get two benefits in one.
