Beautiful, unique, and delicate

I bought 50g of the 2024 year of this tea, and when done right, it does not disappoint. The leaves are *beautiful*. I love showing them off to people, and the fragrance is delightful as well. The one star off comes in to play with the brewing -- it is quite delicate. I've been brewing gongfu-style, about 1g tea/25ml water. It is VERY easy to over-steep and have it become bitter. I'd suggest using slightly cooler water, but still keeping the first several steeps very short. When you nail it, it's got a natural sweetness and a unique pleasant bitter note. If you go just a little bit long though. . . it becomes very bitter. I'd still recommend it though.
