Good product, horrendous experience

Purchased this as a birthday gift. Ferkos accepted my order, and a few days later sent an automated email that my order had been canceled. No explanation. I followed up and found out that since I’d sent it as a gift to an address that didn’t match my billing address (it is a gift!), they automatically cancel those orders and they said they have no way of knowing. They suggested I order by PayPal instead. I did that, but the product didn’t actually ship for 7 days, though they printed a label to look like it did. The gift arrived late.

Love it.. I have been searching for a tiny cross for months. I like the modern design
