its a good unit however with our high use the arm snaps at the base. Its a weak point. I do like how I can buy replacement parts, including batteries.

The sweeper does exactly what is says it will do. It really picks up pens, pencils and coffee stirrers and cigarette butts. we are using this in a casino atmoshere
