An unexpected favorite

I don’t think I ever would’ve given Tatum a look if I hadn’t seen it “in real life” in YouTube reviews because the stock photos are… not flattering LOL. Even so, this one threw me off a little right out of the box. After wearing a lot of wigs with permatease, it seemed so dramatically flat in comparison—but that’s actually part of what makes it great! It’s so sleek and smooth and natural looking, and it’s got a fabulous swinginess to it. I struggled a bit with the bangs (really didn’t like the pointiness of them and had to chop them straighter), but the way they curve down around the face is super pretty. I have fairly average measurements (22” circumference) and this fits snugly but still very comfortably. It’s a good kind of snug. This is just such a great throw and go. I never feel like I have to worry about it, and it’s so nice to have something like that as an option when you’re in a rush. Really really happy to have Tatum! I’m probably going to buy more—just have to decide what colors to try next!

Love Tatum

This is my go to day to day wig. I would say it is just the right density (light density). For the longest time I would wear bob cuts but Tatum was a very comfortable transition for me. With day to day wear it lasts 2 mo. I can steam to get a little more out of it so can stretch it to 3mo, but that is how it is w/ synthetic wigs. Back in the day when I had some hair, I'd spend the same amount for a cut and color as I did on a wig, so I think it evens out. And I love being able to put it on and out of the house I go. I do not really play with it much but for pulling it back with barrettes. in the summer I pin it up in back with a clip, but I still don't think that looks good on me so, I don't do it often.

Tatum in Strawberry Swirl

Love this wig. Realistic style, color, and texture that will be great for everyday wear. Not too dense, and light weight. Perfect for tropical weather in Hawaii where I live. I have a petite head (21") but the average cap fits me just fine. It doesn't have a lace front, but the bangs take care of that. The only disappointment was the color. Given the name "strawberry swirl" I expected it to look 'strawberry' blond (like the ad photo) but it really didn't have much red in it at all. More a medium to light brown with some blonde highlights. However I like the style, fit and texture so much that I decided to keep it anyway. It is a lovely color, just not "strawberry".
