Just received Erin in a new color. This color is perfect and the quality of this wig is great and the fibers are very soft. Very pleased with this purchase

Cute style but…

Let me start by saying Erin is such a cute and easy style. My sister has her and I tried her on and it was adorable so I ordered her in the same color. She arrived with the worst box hair I have ever seen, the style was actually square! I wasn’t sure if it would be fixable or just defective so sadly I sent her back! Wig Studio 1 customer service is the best and I was able to use their exchange program to quickly order a different style for no shipping or restocking charge!
