Too soon to tell

It's too soon to tell if this is really doing anything but I'm at the 5 month point where my hair loss has slowed and it's hopefully on its way back to normal. Capsule has a mild herby taste but not horrible and it doesn't linger. Sometimes I have trouble swallowing it because it's so light

The only thing about the item is that the pill is a little large for me to swallow. I can get it down but it’s a little bit difficult. I am five months out of sleep surgery.
