Great little flashight
Just a quick review, but I love this light. It's deceptively small, so it can fit anywhere, but throws a bright UV light. I'm not exactly sure what my expectations were about how bright the UV should be, but it's definitely "bright enough" the spring retaining breakaway feature is genius, works really well without being too weak or two strong, and overall it's really well made, exceeding my expectations. These lights are not exactly cheap, but it's evident that you get what you pay for, because I'm completely satisfied to support such a great product philosophy about How Things Should Be Made.

Comparison of Beta QRv2 365UV with JetBeam JetUV
Both of these lights run on a single AAA battery. My subjective impression is that the Beta QRv2 365UV is nearly twice as bright as the JetBeam light, judging from the intensity of the fluorescence it induces. It also puts out very little light in the visible. All in all, it's the classiest UV light of its size. Still, I wouldn't mind knowing if it's possible to replace the lens with a ZWB2 filter (which would filter out the residual visible light while allowing the UV to pass).

great light
outstanding build, color, and operation, Love the quick disconnect. I have an original kickstarter beta from way back that has been on my key chain since I got it. While I don't expect to use the UV as much it will still be a part of my daily carry.
