Superb flashlight

We all have different standards, but as someone who grew up with a machinist, I can really appreciate what this flashlight represents. It’s not part of the mass produced world we live in. There are a whole lot of steps involved in turning a billet rod into an Alpha. You’re not going to find a better made product. If precision is an artform, this is as good as it gets. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you’re looking for something that redefines quality, and can live without the very latest features, this may be right up your alley. If you’re looking for something that will illuminate a treed porcupine at a greater distance than your buddy’s latest Amazon acquisition, this probably isn’t for you.

I am pleased

Excellent lamp in and around the house. Very good and pleasant color rendering. Easy to program. Many setting options, but not over complex. When transporting in a backpack, I would remove the battery, since there is no lockout mode due to the construction.
