Moves around much more than I expected it to even with just a light breeze. I intended to hang two flags from it but there's no way this thing would hold them and not be all over the place. Otherwise satisfied.

easy peasy, the hole and the cement were the hard part. i wish somebody would have mentioned that there are arrows on the pole to line up the pins:-) we put it up in the dark and did not see the arrows. we still got'er done. well made and the neighbors love it. we like it so much, we have started sitting on our front deck just to admire it. the solar disk on top stays lit all night.
