Dedicated staff for a great product
Unbelievable customer service. Ordered for my daughter-in-law, who was visiting from abroad. The first pair in her regular size was too small, so I ordered a full size bigger. Customer service contacted me and told me they would also send a pair in a half size bigger to ensure a perfect fit. The larger size fit and sent the other pair back using the prepaid label inside the box. Absolutely amazing!! Never before dealt with such an accommodating company and will recommend to everyone I know.
