Very pleased with this product, has greatly helped with nightly painful leg cramps. Will be purchasing again.

Effective product

I have suffered from ongoing frequent (most nights) severe leg cramps in both calf muscles and thighs for years. I had been taking straight magnesium as a palliative and found it only partially effective. Since starting the Cramp Bark / Magnesium combination I have had far fewer cramp attacks, and those I have had have not been anywhere near as severe. To prove to myself the effectiveness of the product I suspended taking it for a week or so and the cramp attacks came back as frequent and severe as before starting. Needless to say, I recommenced taking the product. I am satisfied that the product works!
