non-drying for psoriasis & hashi's
I bought this instead of taking the ol' ferrograd - with psoriasis & hashimoto's I find that ferrograd dries my skin, hair... compounding an already problem. These haem supplements are awesome - no digestion issues, you don't have to take them away from almost every food imaginable as their absorption is only hindered by calcium. i love them, I'm so happy people are making them in NZ, and I definitely recommend them for people with psoriasis.
