Kind of disappointing.

This is a very loose fruit spread, unlike preserves or jams. The taste is not so much blueberry as it is citrus, but I imagine it is hard to duplicate the blueberry flavor without using the whole fruit. Still it is loose enough to use as a sauce on deserts or other dishes
