Product Fine - Shipping timing HORRIBLE

Ordered the product, which was just some parts. Shipping said 9 days plus transit time. Called them and they said it was their busy time of year. Really? It takes 9 days to pull some parts off of a shelf and box them up? I own a large format printing and display hardware company. During our busy time of the year (which is 20-30 orders a day with only 14 employees) we ship hardware orders SAME DAY and orders with custom printing in just four days! You really need to find a better way to get products out to your customers in a more timely manner. Now they weather is too cold and wet to finish the snow fence repair job I have because the parts took too long to get here. I only hope that the winter continues to be mild so that more of the fence doesn't get damaged.
