A good Kitchari!
I have only used this mix to spice up my Kitchari. It is a very good and delicate mix. I do however prefer even more the pitta spice mix !

This Stuff Is Amazing!
I have been using the Tridosha Spice Mix as a tonic for the past two weeks. I have noticed less bloating and better digestion, which in turn, has given me more energy. Bonus! I've even lost a few pounds! I will be repurchasing this product soon to keep a steady supply on hand. Thank you!
