I know ayurveda teaches to use abhyanga oil in the mornings, which I do at times, however slathering my whole body in it after a warm shower, right before I get into bed; heaven. I sleep like a baby. Thank you for this beautiful, nourishing oil, I've been ordering it for years and will continue to do so- one of my favs from Rasa!
