Having recently discovered Art Pepper I was interested to explore more titles from his output. I have to say I was not disappointed with this release. It has a real bounce, it is played with a real joy. Sound quality is excellent, obviously well recorded. I will be looking to add more titles from the High Definition Tape Transfer catalogue for sure, this one has whetted my appetite!

Great music, those two are like peas in a pod. Recording puts you in the studio with them, of course your system makes a difference. But if you have good equipment it will sound great!
