I have story to go with my purchase - I originally bought this ring from a store in Michigan in October 2019. (I grew up in Michigan, graduated from the University of Michigan and still have family in Michigan) Fast forward to early January. I (thought I) lost my ring - It slipped off my finger after getting tangled in my fingerless gloves. Sadly, I didn't notice right away (I was busy doing errands) I was quite sad to discover it missing. I punished myself for a week or two and then decided to buy a replacement directly from Stone Armory. I'M NOT JOKING that I FOUND MY ORIGINAL RING on the floor about 10 minutes after placing my order! So a few days later, my replacement ring arrives. It was the most beautiful packaging I have ever received. It was wrapped in colored tissue paper, which surrounded the most darling ring box that was kept closed with a magnetic ribbon. I was so impressed! You will not go wrong if you order something as a gift mailed directly to the recipient! It was amazing! BUT EVEN BETTER than that, I called to explain what happened and my hope that I could return the 2nd ring (because I really didn't need two), I had a lovely conversation AND a quick resolution to my issue. While I was still on the phone, they sent a return address label and made the return process SO EASY. You can confidently order from this company!
