HF Stride – Finally, Shoes That Don't Punish Your Feet

The shoes get a 5 star for comfort snd looks. Customer service slso gets a 5 star What knocked a star off is that I did not know that I had to wait for the shoes to come gtom China. I might gave thought twice before ordering a product that is not USA made.

The shoes are nice, not the most attractive but that’s not their function. I wore the shoes on 2 different occasions. I thought they would help my walk stride, but they don’t. I have had a problem with one leg since surgery. I believe for me there’s just not enough cushion and heel support. It is for this reason that i am returning the shoes.

These shoes did NOT work for me at all. I couldn’t even walk across the room because they caused such pain in my ankles. Fine - I’ll just return them. But this company makes returns so difficult! They first have to APPROVE whether you’re ALLOWED to return the shoes. So far I’ve sent 3 emails just to get a return address which I’d happily pay the shipping myself to get rid of them! Finally got a response today but STILL NO ADDRESS! Instead they offered me to keep these shoes, pay $9.99 and they’ll send me a 2nd pair! Why would I want another pair of painful shoes?!!? I don’t! So I’ve now replied with a 4th email angry & frustrated with this situation and begging just to get the darn return address! Now I’m waiting to see if they come through this time! But I would advise no one to EVER purchase from this company!
