I bought this dog toy thinking it was a nylon chew toy instead of rubber and because of its smell our dogs turned their nose up at it and weren't even interested when treats were inside. I spent time trying to get the smell of rubber out for them to no avail but if your dog doesn't mind rubber toys I still think it's a good toy, strong, and cute even though it wasn't right for my dogs.
