So an automated system processes the order so there’s nobody that checks the order for accuracy. Asked for expedited delivery ordered on Monday was suppose to be overnight , received on Friday! When I received it the order was wrong ! They said it was my fault , so y’all don’t check the orders before y’all create the product ? Someone stamped the sheet and didn’t notice this mistake , if y’all are an authorized site are y’all checking for valid notary numbers or just giving anyone who sends In numbers and a stamp with expiration??? The customer service agent was rude and took no accountability as my order was late and I was unable to cancel after the order was not started . They didn’t start the order until I had to reach out and at that point needed a refund because I ordered with another company . I missed out on a major opportunity because of this company ! Please take your business elsewhere to a reputable company!
