My order came in on time and as described. However, it is supposed to click down and stay in the cap but it doesn't latch so it just sits on the cap.

It’s great. No problem seeing seal now.

People can now see that it’s notarized without a problem. Works much better than embossed stamp really pleased with it. Should have gotten years ago.
