Robert Oster Cherry Blossom - 50ml Bottled Ink

Nice ink, use in stub nib

Some people say the ink is dry. I have not had any issues using this ink in a prera with an italic cm nib. Writes great and is easy on the eyes. Didnt think I’d be a pink ink fan but this black inflected pink ink is pretty easy on the eyes.

Cherry Blossom?

A lovely pinkish ink which has a somewhat Iris tint on my Tomoe River notebook. The color variation might be due to the fact that the paper is not white, but eggshell. Ink flow experience in my Pilot Prera was smooth and consistent. There was no noticeable shading, and none was expected with my fine nib, but it wouldn't surprise me if shading occurs using a broad or stub nib. All in all, I have never been disappointed with Robert Oster fountain pen inks. Thank you all at Goulet Pens for your informative and very entertaining videos. WANTED TO LOVE IT

I really liked the color I viewed on-line and I was not disappointed with the color of the ink. However, this ink is so dry it is unusable. I tried it in several pens and they all gave me the same results, dry scratchy and very weak on paper. So I have to conclude that it is indeed the ink itself. If there is a pen out there that it works with I would love to have it, but I cannot keep buying pens just for this beautiful colored ink. That being said I am also reluctant to buy any other Robert Oster ink. Next time I will be a little more diligent and read the reviews.
