Platinum Classic Forest Black - 60ml Bottled Ink

Awesome color!

Something different from my usual blue choices. I’m feeling very spring-y using it. (Although it would feel good in winter, too, ‘cause it looks like evergreen.)

Beautiful ink

I love this color! The ink writes nice and smooth, not too wet, not too dry. One thing does confuse me though; in theory the ink is supposed to darken after 24 hours or so. I never found this to be the case, not in my ink test swatches, not when using it to write correspondence.

I have been very pleased with this ink for everyday use. I have been using this in my TWSBI with a bold nib and have not had any issues with ink flow. With a bold nib there is less shading but it does still show. When I wet the paper after the ink had dried, the green color washed away but you could still see the writing very distinctly in black. Writes very well on cheap paper. I will definitely be trying other inks in this line!
