Bright BLUE in my EDC Safari Graphite. (Chou Kuro in the Charcoal)

Great Color but a Little Runny

This is a great blue color. However I find that it seems a little runny. The letters bleed when I write with it but works best with thick paper.

Could’ve called this neon blue.

This blue reminds me of the dark blue I’ve seen in the ocean from high above in an airplane. This blue looks like it will swallow you whole but in the best way possible.
