A nice reddish purple

color matches the sample - very vibrant ink. Going to be using this instead of Imperial Purple by Diamine in the future

Correction

I mistakenly wrote about this ink as if it were the J. Herbin Violet Imperial. Everything I said about this ink earlier refers to the Herbin ink. Sorry for the confusion. This one is definitely darker, and duller, with more blue in it, than both the Pilot Murasaki-Shikibu and the J. Herbin Violet Imperial, both of which I love. I won't be getting a larger bottle of this one.
