The Best Ink for Cotton Stationery

This ink was recommended to me by a gentleman working for Dempsey & Carroll, the manufacturers of my regular stationery. It smears so much less than the ink I was using before; if you intend to write on cotton paper, I cannot recommend this particular bottle enough.
