Excellent. These notebooks are very difficult to source in Australia. I was very happy to find Goulet Pen co. stocked them. Clairefontaine paper is exceptionally beautiful to write on. And the graph (grid) is gorgeous. It’s all I use.

Pleasure to write on, but go with Dotted

As a long time exclusive user of the Maruman Mnemosyne graph notebooks, this Clairefontaine pad really felt like an upgrade...especially using a wetter writing pen (TWSBI Eco) and wet ink (Kon-Peki). However, the downside for me is in the graph ruling itself. The pattern is far too prominent and crowds the page more than Maruman or my favorite engineering papers do. I have noted the same with Rhodia's graph paper..just too strong. The writing experience still outweighs the negative and I've now taken to dedicating this particular notebook as my handwriting practice book.
