Excellent quality overall. The frame is an engineering miracle. Compacts to an easy to carry size and weight that fits in a convenient carry case. Putting up and down is very fast and simple for one person. Fabric is thick and luxurious. and colors are vibrant.

Poor quality and Customer Service

I ordered a step and repeat from this company, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I opened the product, I noticed it was broken. I contacted the company immediately and have been trying to reach them for two weeks through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp, but no one has responded. I had an important event planned, and because the item arrived damaged, I was unable to use it. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer service and communication.
