Some advice on how you present proofs for double-sided displays...

when you present a double-sided display or backdrop, for native English speakers, it may be better to label them as 'side A' and 'side B' instead of 'view 1' and view 2' because it becomes confusing using the word 'view' because that could imply that it's the same side but looking at it from a different angle or perspective. The other problem was: I was told one price for a reprint, then received the quote and the price was much higher so maybe try to be more internally aligned on your pricing. Otherwise, the backdrops looked great and the customer service was helpful.
