Expensive, but does the job

Really hated paying $50 (after tax and shipping) for a $5 piece of plastic and a couple hose clamps but it works and installs easily. I expect someone else will produce something similar at far less expense in the future (assuming Motorguide continues to ignore this tensioning issue).
