Only came with a few screws and the floor mount for the price it's a rip off

Great concept. Seemed good and sturdy but you hit big water the screws will strip through the fiberglass I found out this weekend. I think with a few tweaks could be better. I think a slightly larger base with a plate drilled to match the bolt pattern that could be placed on the underside of the deck and then bolted together giving a larger area to hold against. Use 4 bolts to attach instead of 3 screws bottom plate could be larger than the top plate again for maximum footprint and holding area.
