The scent is very nice but the soap is jelly-like, causing you to waste a lot of product when doing dishes. I really wanted to like this dish soap!

didn't get what I ordered
The product description shows a pop top dish soap-I received a flip top. I was unhappy but accepted it. I sent an email to customer service prior to my next purchase, asking if I would receive the pop top bottle on my next order, but I didn't get a response. I wasted money ordering a new bottle of dish soap instead of just getting a refill, because I assumed I would now get the item pictured-but I didn't. I was sent a flip top bottle. Didn't bother reaching out because it doesn't seem like the customer service is very good.

Couldn’t be happier
I love the lavender smell! I’m very sensitive to smells so I was nervous this might be too perfumey but i couldn’t be happier with the scent. and my dishes are sparkling clean! the first time i unloaded my drying rack after using this soap, i couldn’t believe how clear all the glass was
